Delivery Times
•Most products are held in stock so generally dispatched within 48 hours.
•Delivery to UK mainland addresses, take 1-3 working days (Subject to Royal Mail)
•Delivery to European destinations, take 3-5 working days (Subject to Royal Mail)
Items not in stock will be sent as soon as possible (typically no longer than 14 days Maximum 28 days) We will contact you if your order will be delayed by more than 48 hours
If you require an order to be delivered on a certain day, please email us, and we will despatch the order for delivery on that day if possible.
Delivery of your Goods
If you are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel will be returned to us. Postal charges will apply to re-send the goods back out to you. We can not be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system or non-deliveries when a signature can not be obtained. Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, Please email us within 14 days with your order details and reason for return. We will then issue you a returns number. Then just return the goods to us recorded delivery within 7 days of receiving the returns number and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money. Please mark clearly on the outer packaging the returns number. We can not accept goods returned without a returns number
To qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee:
•The goods must be in their new, original condition and packaging.
•Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
•The goods must be unused. Made to measure items can only be returned if faulty
•The goods must be received back within 7 days from receipt of your returns number.
•Lingerie or some items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
Postage and packaging is non refundable.
You should return the goods with all packaging, please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.
